Choosing a supplier is not something we do from a desk. Before any product appears on our website, we travel to the manufacturer in person. We walk their factory floors, inspect their production lines, ask the uncomfortable questions, and most importantly, we test their equipment ourselves.

What we've discovered — more than once — is that online reputation and real-world reality can be worlds apart. A polished website, strong reviews, and competitive pricing tell you very little about what you'll actually receive. The only way to truly know is to be there.

We have walked away from manufacturers whose products rank at the top of Google and carry hundreds of five-star reviews — because what we saw in person told a different story. Those products will never appear on our website.
