Choosing a supplier is not something we do from a desk. We believe real due diligence happens in person. That’s why we travel to manufacturers, walk factory floors, inspect production lines, ask uncomfortable questions, and test equipment ourselves whenever possible.

What we’ve discovered — more than once — is that online reputation and real-world reality can be worlds apart. A polished website, strong reviews, and competitive pricing tell you very little about what you’ll actually receive. The only way to truly understand the quality of a product is to see it up close.

We have walked away from manufacturers whose products ranked highly online and appeared impressive on the surface — because what we saw in person told a different story. Those products never made it onto our website.
