Our Founder

I'm sharing my story not because it's extraordinary, but because it taught me something that could help you: the human body has far more regenerative capacity than we've been told.

Sergei OnishenkoEARLY LESSONS IN SURVIVAL
I was born in a small village in Ukraine, in a family struggling with poverty and dysfunction. My first breath never came—the umbilical cord was wrapped around my neck. At six months, meningitis put me in a coma for two months. At three, a motorcycle accident left me unconscious for a week.
I share these early experiences not for sympathy, but because they shaped a question that would drive my life.

SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS
By age eight, I was instinctively creating workout routines, not knowing why—just feeling that I needed to be strong. Sports became my laboratory for understanding the mind-body connection. I pushed hard, learning through trial and error what the body could endure and overcome.

I dreamed of coming to America, believing somehow that freedom would help me understand these questions better. In 1992, that dream became reality when I joined the first Ukrainian American football team and found my way here.

LEARNING THROUGH NECESSITY
In America, after earning 12 different personal training and nutrition certifications through ISSA and NASM, I began training Olympic athletes, high-profile clients, celebrities, and longevity seekers—people who demanded results and couldn't afford guesswork. This forced me to learn what actually works, not just what sounds good in theory.

But my real education came through my own health challenges:

A thyroid disease doctors said was incurable lasted 14 years. I didn't accept that answer. Through meditation and visualization—techniques I barely understood at first—I healed it. That experience taught me our cells respond to conscious direction.

Severe emotional trauma left me physically unable to walk. I had to learn that emotional wounds live in the body and require both mental and physical healing protocols to release.

Debilitating tinnitus taught me that sometimes healing requires sitting with discomfort rather than running from it.

The rattlesnake bite last year was my most profound teacher. When my functional biological age reached 80 years old and three doctors told me they had no options left, I had a choice: give up or apply everything I'd learned over 45+ years.

I chose to apply what I knew. Twelve months later, my functional biological age tested at 31.

WHAT I LEARNED THAT MATTERS
These experiences taught me several things I believe could help others:

Your body wants to heal. When we provide the right conditions—the right stress, the right recovery, the right cellular support—it remembers how to regenerate.

Biological age is flexible. It's not fixed by your birth date. It's determined by how well your cells function, and that can be measured and improved.

Small, consistent actions compound. The protocols that reversed my aging weren't magic—they were disciplined, daily practices with the right tools.

You can't improve what you don't measure. Without objective data, you're guessing. With it, you can track real progress.

WHY I STARTED LONGEVITYON
After the snake bite recovery, people kept asking: "How did you do it? Can you help me?"

I realized I had a responsibility to share what I'd learned—not just the theories, but the actual tools and protocols that worked when everything else failed.

LongevityON exists to provide:

  • The same tools I used: HIIT, weight training, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna
  • Objective measurement through our Biological Age Calculator (11 performance tests)
  • Personalized protocols based on what actually worked in extreme conditions
  • Guidance from someone who's lived these challenges, not just studied them

I'M STILL LEARNING
At 58 chronologically with a measured functional biological age of 30 (confirmed through our 11-test assessment), I'm not claiming I've figured everything out. I'm sharing what I've learned so far, what worked when I needed it most, and what continues to work as I test it daily in my own body.

Every client teaches me something new. Every challenge refines my understanding. This isn't a destination—it's an ongoing exploration of human potential.

MY COMMITMENT TO YOU
I promise to only recommend what I've tested personally. To measure results objectively. To be honest about what works, what doesn't, and what we're still learning.

Your body has more capacity for healing and regeneration than you've been told. Mine proved that over and over, even when doctors gave up.

I'm not special. I just refused to accept "incurable" and had enough challenges to force me to learn what works.

If my experiences can shorten your learning curve, prevent your suffering, or help you access your body's regenerative potential—then sharing this story is worth any discomfort I feel in telling it
